I’ve been following Victor Martinez-Abriz’s case, and one aspect that keeps haunting me is the lack of any CCTV footage or eyewitness accounts. It’s so frustrating and must be terribly difficult for his family and friends not to have those extra clues. In an area like Houston, I’d imagine there would be cameras or more people around such a busy neighborhood to have spotted something that night on Truxillo Street. It feels like the smallest detail could crack this case wide open. For those who knew Victor, living with that uncertainty must be incredibly painful. I hope there’s someone out there who saw something and just hasn’t come forward yet. Anyone who knows anything, no matter how trivial it might seem, should really consider contacting the police. We owe it to Victor and his loved ones to keep trying and not let this case fade away.
