Does anyone know if there were ever any updates on Cortez Taylor's case? It's baffling how such a tragic event can happen in such a populated area with so many potential witnesses, yet the investigation seems to have stalled. I remember reading something about the challenges HPD was facing back then with rising crime. It must be incredibly difficult for Cortez's family to deal with the lack of answers. My heart really goes out to them. If anyone has any new info or can point me to resources that might have updates, I’d appreciate it. It's important to keep the memory of the victims alive and support the push for justice.

Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Cortez Taylor, and something that's really been puzzling me is the location where his body was found. The Galleria area is pretty busy, especially around the holidays. It makes me wonder how no one noticed anything suspicious or heard anything at the time. There must have been people around—shoppers, workers, maybe even residents. Is it possible that someone did see something but didn’t realize its importance at the time? It's so frustrating to think that a clue could be out there, overlooked or dismissed. I really feel for Cortez's family, who must be left with so many questions and no closure. I hope anyone with even the smallest detail comes forward, even if it seems irrelevant. Sometimes the smallest things are what crack a case wide open. Let's keep talking about his story and keep his memory alive. Maybe, just maybe, more awareness can shed some light on what happened to Cortez. Take care, everyone.

Has anyone else been following the Cortez Taylor case? I've been digging around and found out that the Houston Police Department was handling a lot of gang-related activities around the time of his death. It makes me wonder if there could be any connection between those arrests and what happened to him. It's so sad to think about how families must feel when these cases don't get solved right away. I truly hope they find the answers they need and that justice is eventually served for Cortez. It's crucial that cases like this one aren't forgotten amidst the broader crime issues the city faces. Would love to hear thoughts or additional insights if anyone has them!
