Keven Keatts has been missing for over four years now, and I’ve been thinking about how the rural setting of Bumpus Mills might be impacting the investigation. The town is small, with close-knit ties, but the vast areas of undeveloped land can pose a particular challenge. I can’t help but wonder if there are places that might have been overlooked in the initial search. Fields, old abandoned buildings, even dense forested areas—there’s so much ground to cover and only so many resources available for such searches. If you’re in the area and know of any remote spots that outsiders might not think of, it could be worth mentioning them to the authorities. Keeping Keven’s case in the public consciousness is critical, and with everyone’s combined efforts, maybe the right piece of information will come to light. Stay alert and share any small detail you think could help.
