Has anyone heard any updates on Federico Granados-Sanchez, the gentleman from Carol Stream who's been missing since July 4th? I'm curious if anyone else has noticed the increased police activity around Schmale Road. I drive by there pretty often, and I've seen cops talking to a couple of folks in that area over the last week. Makes me wonder if they're following up on the potential sighting from July 5th. It’s really troubling knowing he has serious medical issues. Hoping they find him soon. Anyone know if there’s a group organizing search efforts or anything like that?
Has anyone checked the bus routes or public transportation schedules around the area where Federico Granados-Sanchez was last seen? I know Schmale Road and Saint Charles Road aren't far from some local transit stops. Considering he left on foot, it's possible he might have used a bus or another form of public transport without it being immediately obvious. This could be an angle worth investigating, especially if he needed to get somewhere to seek help for his medical conditions. If anyone's seen anything unusual on the buses or at the stations around that time, it might be worth sharing with the police or the search teams. Has anyone else heard about the search team organizing near the intersection of Schmale Road and Saint Charles Road? I read somewhere that they’re planning to set up a base camp there, hoping to cover more ground around the area where Federico was supposedly spotted. It seems like more volunteers are needed, and they're asking folks in the Carol Stream area to help out if they can. It’s apparently become a real community effort to try and bring him home safely. If you’re in the area, it might be worth checking out how you can assist. Every little bit counts, especially with how many days it's been since he went missing.
