Anyone else think it's strange that Keith Call's Toyota Celica was found with their personal belongings but no sign of a struggle? It just seems odd. When I read about their disappearance, I keep wondering if the car was staged to make it look like they were intending to come back. Glasses, keys, even clothing were left behind. If they planned to walk away willingly, wouldn't they take at least something? Or maybe whoever was involved wanted to make it look like they'd gone into the river? The setting seems too eerie, especially considering the other disappearances in that same area. The entire Colonial Parkway has too many coincidences for me. It's baffling that after all these years, there's still so little evidence pointing to what really happened that night. Curious to hear what theories others have about the car and whether it was meant to mislead from the start.
I've always been fascinated by the detail of Cassandra's glasses being left in Keith's car. Glasses can be such a personal item, especially if you need them to see properly. I can't help but wonder why they were left behind. Was it a sign of something happening so quickly that she didn't have time to grab them? Or maybe she was planning to come back to the car? It's these little details that make this case so perplexing to me. Every time I think about it, I hope that one day their families might finally learn the truth of what really happened that night.
