Has anyone taken a closer look at the weather conditions on the day Louise "Dottie" Romero disappeared? I find it super interesting that she was seen running barefoot down the road in the rain. Was it just a drizzle or a full-on downpour? Could the weather have caused her to slip or fall somewhere, leading to an accident that no one has discovered yet? I'm wondering if the rain might have washed away potential clues near her home or along the road. Also, why was she running? That's what bothers me the most, especially without her shoes or coat. It's like she was in such a hurry that there was no time to grab them, or maybe she was running from something or someone. Does anyone local remember anything about the rain that day or has more context on why she'd be in such a rush?
