Has anyone looked into the strange circumstances surrounding that borrowed truck Doug was driving? It's really puzzling that it ended up so far away in California at the Flying J Truck Center, especially when the police are confident he didn't drive it there himself. I can't help but wonder about that witness who reported seeing the truck driving down Shiloh Hill two weeks after Doug disappeared. Could this have been a distraction or a way to throw off the investigation? It’s also interesting how people keep mentioning that it might've been hauled out of state via an 18-wheeler. That just adds another layer to the mystery. Given Doug’s involvement with the drug scene in McRae, it seems likely that someone used the truck to cover their tracks or perhaps as part of something bigger. Even more intriguing is that there was never any solid investigation or follow-up on the truck's odd journey. Why leave such an important lead hanging? If anyone else has thoughts or info on the truck's journey, I'm all ears!
