Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about Kahlil Ingram's case, and I'm curious about the role of community outreach in solving such tragedies. It's truly devastating when families don't get the answers they deserve, and I can't help but wonder if there's more that can be done. From what I've read, the Philadelphia Police Department has been encouraging people to come forward with information, but trust between communities and law enforcement seems to be a significant barrier. Has anyone seen successful outreach tactics in other cities that have helped bridge this gap? Maybe community programs or partnerships that have brought about change? My heart goes out to Kahlil's family and friends. I hope sharing these ideas might spark something that can help bring justice to his case and others like it.
