I’ve been digging into John Len Taylor’s case, and something keeps bothering me about that argument he had before he went missing. If it got heated enough for John to need some air, who was involved in it? Was it with his girlfriend, or was there someone else at the house that day? People don’t just vanish without something leading up to it. Also, does anyone know if the person he argued with was ever ruled out or followed up on? Considering he’d been shot before, it’s hard to ignore the possibility of related issues cropping up again. Gary isn’t exactly known for being the safest place, even back in '99. Anyone have any local insights or theories about this?

I was looking into John Len Taylor’s case, and something that really sticks out to me is how routine his daily walks were. He walked along the same path between Glen Park and the Dorie Miller housing projects frequently. It seems like the kind of pattern that wouldn’t go unnoticed, especially by someone with bad intentions. Even more concerning is that he’d already been shot once on his walks just the year before. Makes me wonder if his routine put him in harm’s way again. Did he know the person who caused him harm, and could it really be connected to his disappearance? It’s troubling to think about how vulnerable someone can be just going about their daily life. Has anyone looked into whether there were any known threats or issues he had while walking that route? I feel like that could be significant to solving what happened to him. Thoughts?
