Has anyone looked into whether there were any community events or gatherings in the area around August 16, 2009, where Joao Guedes might have been before his tragic death? Often, people attend local events, and there could be someone who saw him that night or remembers any unusual activity. With the high rate of violence in Philly that year, I'm thinking there might have been witnesses who just didn't know they had valuable information at the time. It’s so tough to think about how many families, like Joao’s, are still waiting for answers after all these years.
