I was reading about the tragic murder of Edward Prescott, and my heart goes out to his family and friends. I can't imagine the pain they must be going through knowing that his killer is still out there. It's terrifying to think about how random and senseless these attacks were, and it really makes Northern Liberties feel a lot less safe. What I find particularly disturbing is how the suspect was able to attack not just Edward, but then stab someone else just moments later. It raises so many questions about whether there were any missed opportunities for surveillance cameras or eyewitnesses that might help crack this case. For anyone that was in the area or knows someone who was, please reach out to the authorities. Even the smallest piece of information might be key. The community deserves closure, and justice needs to be served for Edward and the other victim. Stay safe, everyone.
