Hey everyone, I’ve been digging into Jose Angel Grimaldo's case again, and something keeps bugging me about the car. When his maroon Chevy Corsica was found in Pharr, about five miles away from Alamo, it got me thinking about why someone would abandon it there of all places. Was it just random, or could there be a reason behind that specific spot?
Pharr isn’t too far from the border, and I wonder if the location might have any significance or if it was just a convenient dumping ground. Given the close proximity, has anyone ever speculated if this could point to a link to border activity? I haven’t found much about this angle in the case files or discussions, but couldn't hurt to consider, right? Would love to hear your thoughts or if anyone knows more about the area and what it was like back in 2006.
Hey everyone,
I've been mulling over something that's been bothering me about Jose Angel Grimaldo's case. Has anyone ever followed up on any possible sightings of his 1994 Chevrolet Corsica in the time frame after it was last seen in Pharr, TX? There must have been people who noticed a maroon car with a cracked windshield and traces of a Tweety Bird sticker. It's surprising that no one's come forward with info about spotting it in those pivotal early days. Could it have been parked somewhere inconspicuous, or was it on the move again before being abandoned in Pharr? If you’re familiar with the areas between Alamo and Pharr, any details, even small ones, could be key. Let's keep sharing what we know – it might just lead to something helpful for his family.
