I've been spending some time digging into Andre Grant's case, and I keep coming back to the fact that he was a beloved figure at the Morning Star Baptist Church. It's baffling to think someone so involved and caring could become a victim in this way. I've seen many people in the community describe him as kind-hearted and dedicated, often volunteering to help with church events and even mentoring some of the younger congregation members. It makes me wonder if anyone from the church might have noticed something unusual or unexpected in the weeks leading up to his passing. Did anyone see or hear something that seemed off? My heart goes out to all his friends and family who still live with this unresolved tragedy. I hope sharing more about Andre and his commitments might jog someone's memory or encourage someone to come forward. Anyone else have thoughts on the church angle or remember hearing anything back in 2006?
