I came across Cornell Dreuitt's case while reading about unsolved homicides in Philadelphia and felt compelled to write something here. It's just so hard to understand how someone could be taken away in such a violent manner, leaving family and friends without answers or justice. It’s been years now, and yet the police are still urging people to come forward with any information. Imagine living in the suspense of not knowing what really happened to your loved one or why. It's stories like Cornell's that make me think about how crucial community engagement is in these cases. Even the smallest detail can make a world of difference. I truly hope someone out there knows something and feels encouraged to speak up. Sending my thoughts to everyone grieving Cornell and hoping for a resolution soon.
