Hey everyone, I just wanted to touch on a part of Billy Neal's case that's been weighing on my mind. I’ve been thinking a lot about the witnesses who were present at 52nd and Arch streets during the shooting. It must have been incredibly traumatic for them to witness such a violent act firsthand. I can't help but wonder if any bystanders might have more crucial details or noticed something that could help the investigation. Maybe there are bits of information that seemed small at the time but could really shed light on what happened that night. It's been a few years now, and I sincerely hope that those who were there have been provided with the support they need to cope with this. I'm hoping that more attention on this aspect might encourage anyone who hasn’t come forward yet to share what they know, even if they think it's insignificant. Every little detail could potentially make a huge difference in finding justice for Billy and his loved ones. It's just so unsettling knowing the shooter is still out there.
