Has anyone else been pondering about Helen Joyce Rawley's disappearance and how her scent just vanished at the corner of the block? I find it odd, especially considering her frail health and mobility issues at the time. Given that she usually didn't leave the house alone except to check the mail, it makes me question if she was trying to meet someone. Or maybe she was confused and wandered off, but then how did her trail just stop so abruptly? Could there be a reason why the scent went cold at that specific spot? Did she possibly get into a car, or is there another explanation? Really curious to hear what others think about that part of the case.
I’ve been following Helen Joyce Rawley’s case, and I’m puzzled by a few things. Does anyone else find it odd that her scent was picked up by police dogs but only to the end of her block? If someone had helped Helen walk away or if something had happened to her right away, wouldn’t there be a scent leading away from that spot? Given her condition, it’s hard to imagine she could have gotten far on her own. This makes me wonder just how thoroughly the surrounding area was searched and whether there could have been a missed clue. Anyone have thoughts on how reliable scent tracking is, especially in urban areas?
Does anyone else feel like something's off with Helen Joyce Rawley's timeline? I mean, her tenant saw her on the porch just before 7 a.m., and then nothing. It's like she vanished into thin air during those few hours before her son got home. If she was physically frail after her strokes and couldn't go far, wouldn't someone have noticed her nearby? It's baffling that despite the dogs tracking her scent to the end of the block, there's no further trace. Did anyone live on that block who might've seen something? It seems like there are big gaps here that need attention. Thoughts?
