Does anyone here know if there were any road construction projects or detours in Salisbury around the time Jeffrey went missing? Sometimes, road closures can disrupt familiar routes and lead people to take alternative, unfamiliar paths. I'm just thinking out loud here, but maybe he encountered something unexpected on one of these detours. It might be worth checking if there were any such activities around June 2008 that could have affected his usual routes. Just trying to brainstorm some possibilities that might not have been looked into deeply before.
