Does anyone here know if there was ever an official statement from the landlord regarding Freddie's disappearance? It's been puzzling to me why, with all the heat around him, nothing substantial seemed to surface linking him directly to Freddie. I know he was in trouble for other stuff, but did law enforcement actually clear him after those initial suspicions, or did they eventually just move on because nothing solid came up? Sometimes I wonder if the distraction of his unrelated charges made everyone overlook someone else who might’ve been involved. What do you all think? Any theories or insights about who else might've had the opportunity to grab little Tookie?
