Has anyone looked into the possibility that Vicki and her friend might have been trying to get out of Rocky Ford for a specific reason? I've read that sometimes teenagers feel trapped and leave with someone they trust. Considering Vicki's broken elbow and scar, it seems she might have been in a vulnerable state. Was there anyone close to her or her family who might have triggered the need to escape? It’s hard not having answers for so long, and I'm really hoping someone remembers seeing something back then that could help.
