I've been digging into Clifton Patrick Leonard's case, and there's something that's been puzzling me. His friends mentioned he left in a car with an unidentified person, but how did they not get a better description of the car or the driver? I know it was the '80s and communication wasn't what it is now, but doesn't it seem strange that this crucial piece of information hasn’t led anywhere? Were the friends not pressed enough by investigators for more details, or is it possible they actually knew more than they were letting on? I feel like this detail could be key to understanding what happened to Clifton. Would love to hear thoughts on this.
