Has anyone else been curious about who might have been the last person to see James Leon Throneberry at the icehouse? It's a pretty busy spot, and given the timing, maybe someone there noticed something unusual. Considering his car was found at a grocery store parking lot with an empty gas tank, I'm wondering if he was planning to meet someone or if something might have happened after he left work. It's strange that his wallet and driver's license were found on different days and in different locations. Could it be someone's way of throwing off the investigation? The missing cash suggests foul play, but the whole situation is puzzling. Anyone else have thoughts on potential leads or connections in the area back then?
I was going through some old news archives and stumbled across an intriguing piece of info about James Leon Throneberry's case that hadn't been mentioned much. Apparently, the specific icehouse where he was last spotted is known to have been a local gathering spot with quite a few regulars. I can't help but wonder if anyone there might have seen or heard something noteworthy on the day he disappeared. Does anyone know if the police ever interviewed the locals there, or if they put out any kind of call for witnesses from that spot? It seems like a place where people might notice if something unusual happened. Thoughts?
Hey everyone, I’ve been diving deep into the James Leon Throneberry case and something struck me as odd about the location of his wallet under the bridge by McQueeney. It’s just strange, right? If someone took his cash, why leave the wallet and ID so close to each other? It almost feels like someone wanted it to be found. Maybe they were trying to send a message or throw everyone off? There must be some significance to that spot, but I have no idea what the connection could be. Anyone familiar with the area have any thoughts or insights? Could it have been a common place for such activities back in the 90s? Would love to hear your theories or if anyone’s come across similar cases where belongings were 'strategically' left behind.
