Has anyone else looked into the details surrounding the cashing of Joe's unemployment check? It's strange that his wife first saw it at the post office and then it was gone. Did someone close to him have access to that P.O. box? It makes me wonder if someone else might have been involved or if Joe had a plan to leave and someone was helping him. Given that no further checks were issued and there aren't many leads, could the cashing be a significant clue about his movements right after vanishing? Just seems like an angle that might help shine some light on what happened to him.
