Has anyone looked into the activities on Walnut Street around the time James Slaton was killed? I can't help but think there might be witnesses who just haven't come forward yet. Even after all these years, people might remember something if they lived or worked in the area back then. It also makes me wonder about the safety of that neighborhood during the 1970s. Was it known for crime, or was this completely out of the ordinary? Maybe someone out there has memories of unusual occurrences or people around that timeframe. It's so tragic for James' family to have gone all these years without answers. If you have even the smallest piece of information, please reach out to help bring some peace to his loved ones.
