Could it be that someone he associated with wanted to send a message, or perhaps there was a deal gone wrong? It really makes me wonder why there wasn't more focus on investigating these avenues thoroughly at the time. Let’s not forget Tammy in all this—what happened to her is absolutely gut-wrenching.
