Does anyone else find it odd that Christine Starrine Byrd left her jewelry behind, especially with it being so valuable? It's as if she intended to come back soon or was interrupted while in the middle of something important. It makes me think she must have really trusted whoever came to her house, considering there were no signs of forced entry. I've read some theories connecting her case with Chad Choice's because of the timing and location. The idea that she might have had critical information about that terrible event gives me chills. It’s frustrating how all these years have gone by, and there are still so many unanswered questions. If anyone is local to Tyler or knows more about what was happening in the area back then, I'd love to hear some thoughts. Could there have been any other connections or incidents around that time that haven’t been heavily discussed?
Has anyone else dug into the jewelry angle on Christine Byrd's disappearance? I find it really strange that she left behind such a considerable amount of valuable jewelry, around $25,000 worth. It seems like if whoever took her wanted to make it look like a robbery, they’d have taken the jewelry, right? This makes me wonder if it was a personal abduction rather than a crime of opportunity. Could it be possible that someone was trying to send a message by intentionally leaving the jewelry untouched? It seems like it could potentially point to someone close to her or someone with a strong motive that wasn't financial. Anyone else have thoughts on this?
