Does anyone else find it suspicious that Hazel's neighbor, Larry Adams, was never formally charged in connection to her disappearance, even though she suspected him of illegal activity? I’ve read that she didn’t report him, but could he have known she was suspicious of him? Maybe something happened that night when she was last seen. It puzzles me that authorities didn’t find enough evidence to link him to her disappearance, especially with the blood found in her apartment. Does anyone know if there were any further investigations into his past activities or if any of his associates were looked into? Just trying to connect the dots here. This case has haunted the Moberly community for so long, and there must be answers out there.
Has anyone else been following the case of Hazel Rose Hess? I stumbled across it recently and found something intriguing about the neighbor, Larry Adams. Given that Hazel reportedly suspected Adams was involved in some shady business, it's curious how the authorities handled this lead. I read that he went to prison for something unrelated, but why wasn't this connection explored more deeply? It seems like a potential thread worth unraveling, especially since Hazel felt uneasy about him. Is there something we're missing, or perhaps something the investigation overlooked back then? Would love to hear thoughts or any additional info if someone has it!
Has anyone else looked into the strange detail about Hazel's bedsheet and comforter being missing from her apartment? It's been bugging me for a while. I wonder if there's any significance to those specific items being taken. Could it suggest some sort of struggle where those items were used, or perhaps an attempt to cover something up? I feel like it's a detail that's often overlooked but might hold some clues. Given that there was blood at the scene, could those missing linens have been taken as part of an attempt to clean up or conceal evidence? If anyone has any insights or theories, I’d love to hear them. It's been too long without answers for Hazel and her family.
