Has anyone else found it strange how the truck was found in such a remote area? I've been diving into satellite maps of the Sierra Catalina Mountains trying to understand how someone would end up there. It's a pretty rough terrain, especially in bad weather. I keep thinking about the high-speed chase—was it panic that made the driver go so off the grid? It just seems like such an odd place to abandon a vehicle, especially with personal items like Paul's wallet and phone left inside. Also, the fact that the cash from his last paycheck was missing is odd. Could it have been stolen, or did he use it for something before all this happened? The more I read, the more questions I have... Anyone have any theories on why the truck was left there?
I’ve been following Paul's case for a while and something that stands out to me is the chase in Tucson. It got me thinking, could Paul have possibly planned to head to Mexico? The proximity of Tucson to the border could make that a tempting escape route for someone trying to disappear quickly. But what's puzzling is why cash out his last paycheck and then leave it behind, unless he had a specific plan and something went wrong?
And about the high-speed chase, it's just strange. I mean, if it was Paul driving, would he really evade the police that way unless he felt he had no other choice? But again, if it wasn’t him, who was driving his dad’s truck and why go through such lengths only to abandon it like that? So many question marks in this case, it’s frustrating. Just don't understand what might have been going through his mind at that time. It doesn't add up to me. Anyone else have any theories on this?
Hey everyone, I was just thinking about the timeline in Paul's case and something doesn't sit right with me. The chase with the police took place on August 14, two days after Paul was last seen in Globe, AZ. What's strange to me is how quickly everything escalated. If Paul indeed visited his grandmother in Globe, how did he end up in Tucson so quickly with all his belongings still in the truck? It's over 100 miles away!
Plus, why would someone speed away from a traffic stop unless they felt they had no other choice? It makes me wonder if something happened between his visit to his grandmother and the chase. Could someone else have been driving the truck? And who would benefit from Paul disappearing? The location where the truck was abandoned is also odd—it's so remote. Was it just a random escape route or was it carefully chosen by someone familiar with the area? Anyone have theories on this?
