Hey everyone,
I can’t stop thinking about the two unidentified people David mentioned to Ashley during their final call. Has anyone else been focusing on that detail? It seems like a crucial piece of the puzzle that could lead us to understanding what exactly happened. If he mentioned them to his wife, clearly there was something about their interaction that made him uneasy, even if he reassured her later.
Could it have been a random encounter gone wrong, or was there something at that Shell station that night we’re missing? It’s chilling to think about how normal their routine was until that moment. I can’t imagine the pain and confusion Ashley must feel, not knowing who these people were or why this happened. If any locals remember seeing anything or anyone out of place, it could really make a difference. We need to help bring some answers to Ashley and their family.
What do you all think? Any ideas on what might’ve led to the confrontation in the first place? I keep hoping someone who saw something will have the courage to speak up soon.
Just read about the terrible incident involving David DeRoncey and something really stands out to me. Why would no one stop or call for help if his car sat there on the highway for around four hours? I mean, his bright blue Blazer wasn't exactly easy to miss, especially in a busy area. It’s distressing to think that so many people might have driven past without alerting anyone. It’s a holiday weekend, so you’d think traffic would be even busier than usual.
I can't imagine what Ashley went through, finding him like that and being on the phone with him only a few hours earlier. It's deeply upsetting. It makes me wonder about those two people he mentioned having trouble with at the Shell station. Could they have followed him? I just hope anyone seeing this who may have been driving that route Sunday night comes forward with any info they might have. It could be the missing piece the investigators need. My heart goes out to Ashley and the entire DeRoncey family. Let's hope they get some answers soon.
