I’m always caught off guard by how Cher-Lon's case flies under the radar. It's been over a decade now, and it’s so frustrating to see the lack of attention it's gotten. One thing that keeps sticking out to me is that distressing phone call to her daughter just before she vanished. That kind of situation is all too common, but it doesn’t seem like the urgency at the time matched what it should have been. The delay in officially reporting her missing is also really puzzling. I can't help but wonder if things might have turned out differently if the ball got rolling faster. I know her personal struggles might have influenced the response rate, but still, it doesn’t sit right. Has anyone heard about any new angles the authorities might be considering, or if there’s been more outreach at the local level? It just seems like something has to be out there that could bring closure to this.
