Does anyone else find it odd how little information there is about the Andrews' car after they left the Sheraton-Chicago Hotel? It's like they just vanished into thin air with that 1969 Oldsmobile. I mean, wouldn't a car of that size leave some trace or end up spotted somewhere? I've always wondered if maybe it was taken apart or disposed of in some unconventional way. It’s baffling that nothing has ever turned up despite all the searches and publicity. If anyone has theories about what could have happened to their car, I’d love to hear them. This mystery has been keeping me up at night!
I recently came across the Andrews' case, and it's got me thinking about that Oldsmobile. I mean, a whole car vanishing without a trace? Seems like that would be pretty hard to pull off nowadays with all the technology and surveillance we have, but back in 1970, maybe not so much. You'd think that someone, somewhere, must have noticed a car like that, or at least parts of it if it was disassembled. What do you all think happened to the Oldsmobile? Could it have ended up in a body of water, or maybe it was just hidden away somehow? It's a bit baffling that neither the car nor the couple were ever found.
Has anyone else taken a deep dive into the weather conditions on the night Edward and Stefania Andrews went missing? I've been thinking about how easily adverse weather could lead to an accident, especially if Edward wasn't feeling his best while driving. Chicago can be pretty unpredictable, and with that cocktail party being downtown, there could've been some considerations. Maybe rain or fog wasn't officially recorded, but even something minor could make a big difference. Could this have affected their visibility or decision-making that night? Just an angle to ponder, especially since we don't have many solid clues to go on. Thoughts?
