Hey everyone, I've been diving into the details around the MP case, and I noticed something odd about his travel plans. MP had this mysterious stop in Des Moines, IA on 01/28/84. According to what I've gathered, he didn't mention this part of the trip to his wife beforehand; he only mentioned possibly visiting Kansas City for the Nazarene HQ. The exact reason for his visit to Des Moines is still unknown. Does anyone else find this detour suspicious? It seems like he was thorough in relaying his plans to his family otherwise, so why hold back on this one? Also, if he did intend to visit the "big church" in Kansas City, why didn’t anyone see him there? It makes me wonder what his true intentions were during those last days. Any thoughts?
