Hey everyone, I’ve been following Eric Boateng’s case, and something that really sticks with me is the description of the suspect. It’s haunting that after so many years, the suspect, described in what feels like such detail, has never been apprehended. A Black man in his 20s, dressed in a black bomber jacket, dark baggy pants, and a dark hat, fleeing the scene - you’d think someone might remember seeing him or the mentioned blue Buick Rendezvous with silver trim and tinted windows. This was broad daylight on a Sunday afternoon. Isn’t it strange that no concrete witness accounts or camera footage have come forward? I understand these things aren’t as clear-cut as they seem, but I can’t help but wonder about the people who might have seen something but haven’t spoken up. Could fear or mistrust in law enforcement play a role? It’s unnerving to think of how quickly life can change. I can’t imagine how Eric’s family must feel, hoping for justice and answers year after year. If anyone has theories or ideas on this case, I’d love to discuss them. Stay safe, everyone.
