I’ve been following the East St. Louis case and was struck by how connected Quentin was to the art world. From the little I've gathered, he had a real passion for drawing and anime, even looking into some local exhibitions. It's just so devastating to think about how his talent and potential were cut short so suddenly. The loss of young talent hits a community hard, especially when they had so much ahead of them. It's moments like this when you realize how much we should cherish and foster creativity in our youth. My heart goes out to his family and friends; they’ve not only lost a loved one but also a bright light that brought beauty into the world through art. I hope the community finds ways to remember and celebrate his creative spirit. If anyone hears about any memorial exhibits or dedications in his honor, I'd love to know. Keeping everyone touched by this tragedy in my thoughts.
