I can't stop thinking about the tragic case of little Roson Garret. While authorities continue to investigate, I find myself wondering about the accessibility of the firearm involved. How did such a dangerous item end up in the hands of a child, or within reach in a family home? It’s a question that keeps me up at night. In many other incidents like this, investigators often find that firearms were stored improperly. Was this the case here? It's devastating to think about how such preventable circumstances could lead to the loss of such a young life. I sincerely hope the investigators uncover the truth soon, not only for Roson but also for the safety of other children. My thoughts are with the Garret family and the Riverdale community as they grapple with this unimaginable loss. It's crucial that we all strive to ensure that this sort of tragedy is prevented in the future.
