Has anyone else been following the recent developments in the Perry Dewayne Griffin case? It's been almost 19 years now, and I can't imagine the rollercoaster his family must be going through as it continues to unravel in the courts. I was particularly struck by the recent indictment of Kendrick Bryant, who was allegedly the gunman. It's mind-boggling that his indictment took so long, considering his connection to the case was established years back. It's a reminder of how complex and prolonged the legal process can be.
Does anyone have thoughts on why it took until 2026 for a grand jury to indict Bryant, given that he was already known to authorities? It’s haunting to think about how this case seemed to stall for so long and left a family without closure. The whole situation just emphasizes the need for ongoing dedication and persistence in cold case investigations. My heart is with Perry’s loved ones who remain in this holding pattern of waiting for justice.
