Has anyone looked into the relationship between Jacob Ballard and Jonathan Frederick? I'm curious because it seems like there might be more to their connection than just acquaintances. With Jacob living at Jonathan's house, there must have been some level of trust or friendship between them. Did neighbors or friends notice anything unusual between them recently?
