Has anyone looked into whether there might have been any surveillance footage near the accident scene in Dumfries? It seems like it could hold some crucial clues about Roosevelt Copes’ movements after the crash. Depending on where exactly the accident happened, there might be traffic or security cameras nearby that could have captured the moments leading up to or following the incident. I read that in some cases like this, someone's behavior before or right after a crash can provide insights into their state of mind or intentions. Even though it's been years, maybe a review of old footage or a check to see if it still exists could help. Just a thought—hoping for any new leads for his family’s sake.
