I can't stop thinking about how close-knit Craig and Laura's community was and the impact this event must have on them. Living in such a quiet place, you never expect something this intense to happen right next door. It's hard to imagine the shock the neighbors must feel, some might have known Craig and Laura for years. It’s one thing reading about these events, but when it happens so close to home, it becomes so much more real. I hope those who knew them personally find some comfort in the fact that the community is rallying around them. It’s going to be a long road to healing, especially for Craig's kids and grandkids.
