Hey everyone, I’ve been closely following the tragic case of Shawn Hicks Jr., and I’ve been thinking about the impact this must be having on his local community in East Baltimore. I can't even begin to imagine the fear and unrest that must be gripping the area right now, knowing someone responsible is potentially still out there.
