I just can't stop thinking about the 10-year-old boy who was caught in the crossfire during Deron McGee’s tragic shooting. It's so terrifying to imagine the trauma he must be dealing with after experiencing something so violent at such a young age. His life changed in an instant, and I hope that he’s getting all the support he needs from his family and community. It's infuriating how these acts of violence keep happening in our neighborhoods. The fact that police haven't released any information about suspects yet is troubling. I'm really hoping someone comes forward with info soon. It's crucial for justice to be served, not just for Deron and his family but for everyone in Syracuse who’s anxious about their safety. My heart goes out to the boy's family too, and I wish him a speedy recovery both physically and emotionally. Would love to hear any updates if anyone has them.
