Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the actions of the Austin police on that fateful night. It's honestly just so tragic how things unfolded. We often hear criticism of law enforcement, but in this case, it sounds like they acted with bravery and quick decision-making. From what I've read, officers were on the scene quickly and managed to neutralize the threat efficiently, preventing even more loss of life. I can't imagine how terrifying it must have been for them arriving on West Sixth Street to the chaos. As we mourn for Ryder, Savitha, Jorge, and all those hurt, I think it's also important to acknowledge the efforts of those officers who ran towards danger to protect others. Sending love to Ryder's family and everyone else affected by this senseless act. His light touched so many, and I hope we can stand together as a community as we process this tragedy. Stay strong, everyone.
