I've been following the case of Percy Mahone since it broke out, and something that's been on my mind is the impact this tragedy has on the neighborhood's sense of security. With this being the second homicide in Union City just this week, it's understandable why there's such an increased level of anxiety around safety. It makes me think about how vital it is for community members to come together during these difficult times, supporting each other while also working with the authorities to ensure justice for Percy and hopefully prevent further tragedies. My heart really goes out to Percy's loved ones who are dealing with such a devastating loss. I hope they find strength in their community and that the investigation progresses steadily, providing the answers they're seeking. Does anyone else feel like the community’s response can be crucial in helping bring about change?
