Such a senseless loss so close to the holidays is incredibly tough on any family, and my heart goes out to Fontez Forest's loved ones. I've been reading about this case, and something that stands out is the lack of progress in the investigation. It's concerning that we haven't heard about any leads or suspects, especially since there were reports of multiple people being around that night. Did anybody in the area see or hear anything suspicious that could help the police? Also, I came across some discussions about how communities around East St. Louis, like Cahokia Heights and Belleville, are affected by these incidents. There's a need for the neighborhoods to come together and support each other during such tough times. Perhaps organizing community workshops or meetings could be beneficial for raising awareness and preventing future tragedies?
