Hey everyone, I've been following the McKnight case for a while, and something that's been nagging at me is the lack of leads despite the seemingly straightforward nature of the crime scene. Considering there were no signs of forced entry, it's almost certain the perpetrator was someone they trusted—or at least knew well enough to let into their home. It's chilling to think about the betrayal they must have faced in those final moments. I keep wondering about people they might have been close with around that time. Were there any significant changes in their social circle before the incident? Maybe a new friend or a business associate? It's frustrating that after all these years, there's still no suspect, leaving their family without closure. Does anyone know if the local reports from back then mentioned anything about their social interactions or if the police released anything along those lines? Keeping Judy, Thomas, and their loved ones in our thoughts. They deserve justice and answers. Thanks for any insights, CuriousCat54

Hi everyone, I've been delving into the McKnight case and something struck me about the location of the murders—the Upper McKnight Ranch. It's a bit unsettling to think about how isolated it must have been, which makes you wonder about the kind of person who would feel comfortable enough to enter their home without apparent force. It suggests some level of familiarity, right? It makes me think the assailant might have been a close acquaintance or perhaps even a neighbor from the area. It's such a terrifying thought that someone from their likely tight-knit community could have done this. Judy and Thomas sounded like well-respected people, making this betrayal even more distressing for those left behind. My heart goes out to their loved ones who had to grapple with the loss and the lingering questions. Does anyone else think the location itself could be a significant piece of the puzzle in figuring out who did this?
