Hi everyone, I can’t stop thinking about the role of emergency responders in these tragic situations, especially in the case of Karen Carter and her son Ceil Martindale. The stress on them must be unimaginable, having to maintain composure and professionalism while dealing with the aftermath of such senseless violence. It’s easy to overlook the emotional weight they carry after arriving at scenes like this. And while the investigation is still unfolding, I hope the responders are getting the support they need to process what they've witnessed. Their rapid response and dedication to preserving whatever evidence they can are crucial, but so is their mental well-being. My thoughts are with Karen and Ceil’s family and friends during this incredibly difficult time.
