Hey everyone, I was reading up on the Charles Richardson case from Strawn, Texas, and something has been bothering me that I can't find much information about. Does anyone know if any search efforts were focused around Highway 16 where he was last seen? Given that it’s a fairly rural area, I wonder if there could have been any environmental factors, like abandoned wells or hidden paths, that might have played a role in his disappearance.
I'm also curious about whether they used tracking dogs in those initial searches. It’s odd that he vanished without a trace, especially during the morning hours when traffic isn't as dead. If there are locals who remember anything from around that time or know more about the community's efforts to find him, your input could be crucial. Just hoping we can piece together something new or prompt new ideas.

I know it was back in 2011, but even old footage might hold a clue if it exists. It's just frustrating to think that he could've walked by unnoticed despite being in plain sight.
