Has anyone else been following the details about Kirby Proffitt's case? It's such a tragedy, and I can't imagine the pain his loved ones must be experiencing. One thing that's been puzzling to me is the quick arrest of Kevin Proffitt. They haven’t released much information about their relationship or possible motive. Does anyone have thoughts on why law enforcement might be keeping those details under wraps?
It's hard to understand how these incidents unfold, especially in a place like Mountain City where you'd think people know each other well enough to avoid such violence. My heart goes out to Kirby’s friends and family as they navigate such a confusing and painful time. The court proceedings are going to be significant, and I hope they bring some clarity and justice for Kirby.
Hey everyone, just been reading about the sad case of Kirby Proffitt from Mountain City. I was thinking about how this must have affected all the responders who arrived on the scene. It’s one thing to deal with emergencies on a daily basis, but to encounter such a tragic situation where someone’s life has ended so abruptly must take a toll. They have a tough job, and it must be so hard to keep it together while trying to help others and manage their own emotions. Sending thoughts to all those first responders who had to face such a difficult scene and to Kirby's loved ones dealing with this immense loss. If anyone has insights on how these teams are supported emotionally after these events, I’d be really interested to learn more.
