I've been following this case closely and something really struck me when I was reading the victim’s registry. It lists Scott R. Powers as lost to gun violence on September 15, 2025, even though we know the police found them on the 16th. I can't stop thinking about what that might mean for the timeline of events. Could something have happened earlier in the day or even the night before? It's just unsettling to think that things might have been set in motion while the world went on unaware. It's incredibly tragic for the Powers family, and I hope the investigators piece together everything so their friends and family might find some semblance of peace. If anyone in the area knows anything—even if it seems minor—please think about reaching out to the authorities. It’s important for the family to have clarity in such a confusing situation.
