I was skimming through some old newspaper articles on Kaylynn Martinez's disappearance and found something intriguing about the weather on the day she went missing. Apparently, there was a significant storm that hit the Pleasantville area, starting in the afternoon and lasting well into the evening. I wonder if this might have impacted the search efforts or even provided cover for someone who might've taken her? Seems like bad weather might hinder immediate search responses and could also mean fewer people were out and about to notice anything unusual. Does anyone with experience know if this kind of weather could significantly affect a case in its early hours?
