Hey everyone, I’ve been revisiting the tragic Rifle, Colorado shooting from 2001, and I can’t stop thinking about how overlooked the safety concerns in the community seemed to be. From what I’ve read, there were multiple instances where locals reported concerns about Stagner’s behavior, especially on the day of the attack. It makes me wonder, could more have been done to address the imminent threat he posed that day? It's so frustrating how the system didn’t intervene until it was too late. It must be incredibly difficult for the families to grapple with the fact that there were warning signs that might not have been taken seriously enough. The loss of Juan and the other victims is felt deeply, even all these years later. I just wish more had been done to prevent this senseless tragedy. My thoughts are with their families. Hoping they find peace, [Username]
